Rooted in Kundalini Yoga and Ayurveda, we are here to build a living, breathing, non-denominational community with the intention of consciousness. We are here to offer Yoga, in its authentic form, as a practice of spiritual growth that can be applied to everyday life.
Our work is a combination of yoga, meditation techniques, movement, mantra and breath-work alongside yogic/Ayurvedic lifestyle coaching to help you pinpoint habits and patterns that keep you from a balanced and harmonious life. We want to help you transform these into conscious choice, health, and joy.
To us, Yoga is a daily practice. It is a way of life.

It is quite different than most Yoga that is offered in the West, in that is a technology for self-transformation with innumerable benefits to the mind, body, and spirit. | ![]() Aquarian SadhanaAquarian Sadhana is an extended early morning Kundalini Yoga practice. It is meant to be done before sunrise, in the “ambrosial hour.” We start by reciting Japji Sahib (the Song of the Soul, from the Sikh tradition), followed by a yoga series, and finally an hour of chanting mantra. This is a sacred way to start the day, for early rising yogis and yoginis. | ![]() | ![]() Bollywood DanceAn upbeat and energizing dance class that fuses traditional indian dance forms with pop dance and music. ![]() Guided Meditation and GongThis meditative class is less physically strenuous than classic Kundalini Yoga classes. You will be guided through a meditation that may incorporate pranayama (breath practice) and mantra (repetition of sacred sound). Then you will be led into a deeply relaxing 30-minute Gong Bath, which will help balance your nervous system and rejuvenate your body and mind. This is a great class for decompressing after a long workday, for those with physical limitations, and for meditators of all levels. | ![]() |
